This works good for schnitzel pork.

You need 3 bowls one for flour, one for eggs, and one for bread crumbs.
Add salt and pepper to the flour and bread crumbs
Add rosemary to the bread crumbs.
Add cream to the eggs and mix.
First dip the pork in the flour, then in the egg, then the crumbs. Press hard into the crumbs so all of it gets covered.
To fry it add allot of olive oil to a pan and put the pork in and cook.

Also, on the pork, try putting rosemary spears in slits made in the pork prior to the egg. Garlic also will be good if you lightly fry it after being minced.
