Boneless breast of chicken
Onion
Butter or Margrine
Lemon
Whole Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Aluminium foil

Set oven to 375 or use a grill. Cooking time around 45 min.

Cut some slits in the chicken for the gralic.
Cut your onion and lemon in rounds, about a 1/4".
Cut the butter or margrine about a 1/4".
Slice the garlic.

Take the sliced garlic and place it in the slits you cut in the chicken and salt and pepper to taste.
Place butter, lemon and onion on foil. Place the chicken on top.
On top of the chicken place onion, lemon and butter. Seal foil around chicken and put in oven or on grill.

Serve with Snow Peas, White Rice and Buttery Brown Sugar braised Carrots
