you will need the following                 however  read all this before starting

salmon filets 1,2,3....the amount does not matter but i will use four

1 tomato
lemon pepper
creole spice
crushed red pepper
1 stick butter
allimunum foil
baking sheet {pan}

place foil on baking sheet  { make sure you pull off plenty   as you will have  to wrap edges together
place stick of butter on foil
place 4 salmon filets around stick of butter
cover filets with leomon pepper and creole spice  {cover good ,,  get plenty on their } {thick}
sprinkle crushed red pepper   { just a light dusting } {very little}
place sliced tamato   slices   {two each } onto  each salmon filet

wrap allimunum foil around fish and butter    make wrap pretty tight  and cover on top

bake in middle of oven  at 350 degrees  for 25 mins

broil for 2 mins  more at 500  {will cause fish to become very flakey   { god so nice}

so now you have BAKED AND BROILED fish for a total of 27 mins    pull baking sheet out and and unwrap foil  to see fish      smell the niceness and enjoy

if you have questions   holla at me on teamspeak
