About four 1 in thick chops  (if cooking more chops just add more of everything)  There are no right or wrong measurements here, LOL.  I made this one up myself.  I never measure so the measurements are general.
soy sauce  About half a cup
onion powder maybe a tablespoon
garlic powder maybe a teaspoon, you can use fresh if you have it)
salt and pepper
paprika
crushed red pepper or cayenne pepper powder.  Be careful this can really kick the heat up if you use alot, the heat of the grill releases the heat in the crushed pepper.

Take a good splash of everything to taste (more of the paprika) slap it in a bowl including about two tablespoons  canola oil, mix together, Let them chops sit for about an hour or two in the mix then throw on the grill, oil will help them keep from sticking, brush them with remaining mixture a couple of times till done.  Goes great with ranch potatoes

you make these simply by cutting potatoes in small inch size cubes and tossing with Hidden Valley Ranch powder mix and a couple teaspoons canola oil, you can bake them or put into packets and grill, put these on about ten to fifteen minutes before the chops and if slow cooked will come off the grill at about the same time

Funny - I was going to look for a grilled chops recipe just after I finished up here on the forums. Now I don't have to! Smiley

We're becoming a one stop shop - I love it.

-=xXx=- Come get your game on...then get your cook on.
