I found this on a site and it sounded really good, so I thought I would share.  Grin

You will need a 9x13 cake pan.

Ingredients

2 Boxes of Ice Cream Sandwiches (I use the generic brand at Wal-Mart)
1 1/2 containers of Whipped Cream
Chocolate Sauce/Syrup (I used Hersey's)
1 Cup Honey Roasted Peanuts (I buy the generic can at Wal-Mart)
1 Butterfinger Bar
1 Package of Fresh Strawberries, Washed and Sliced (May Have Some Leftover)
About 1 cup of Blueberries (May Have Some Leftover)

Directions

1. Crush the Honey Roasted Peanuts and Butterfinger Bar in a bag or bowl. Set aside.

2. Place ice cream sandwiches in the 9x13 cake and arrange them until the entire bottom is covered. You may need to break one in half if necessary.

3. Spread a thick layer of whipped cream over the sandwiches.

4. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the whipped cream - be as generous as you want.

5. Sprinkle the crushed peanuts and crushed butterfinger bar on top.

6. Place another layer of ice cream sandwiches on top, cover completely.

7. Spread a layer of whipped cream on top.

8. Arrange the blueberries and strawberries to form a flag. Or, you can decorate them in a different design. It will still look patriotic because it's red, white, and blue.

9. Freeze the cake - it is best to freeze it at least overnight, however, 3 hours may be fine. It is best to not make this too far in advance, to help the strawberries keep their taste.

10. ENJOY!
