Howdy Folks...

This is Rduke, I was banned from your COD WAW HC server today by the actions of one "Universal".

Permanently banned for calling him/her a JACKASS...   Seems pretty harsh for such a minor insult. 

Especially when this person (who is not identified as a member of XXX or REDNECK) continues with others such as JTIZZLE22 (ALSO NOT IDENTIFIED) continuously calling me a hacker, telling people I am a hacker so they leave the server, and other such continual comments about how much of a cheat I am... (ruining the game etc)  -- So I tell this person to STFU and call them a Jack Ass...

Well within the realms of decorum when one is marvelously slandering you day in and day out...spreading lies and other such filths...That person should... STFU... and because all their Hours of spectating me (along with all the PBSS's taken on XXX and many many other servers) have NEVER in over 10 years of FPS gaming EVER yielded the single tiniest blemish on my record for cheating in public or League Scrimmage or Lan party team play... Well when that person or persons simply cannot face the facts that I am NOT cheating... and that I am doing everything I am doing organically -- and then just admit that I am good and not cheating--- Well that person is a JACKASS.-- And if this person UNIVERSAL and CO-Conspirator JTIZZLE22 are members of XXX - Redneck-- Then they should not be OFFENDED to such a pathetic hair trigger level when they are told to STFU and called a JACKASS when they are UNDERCOVER trying to crack the RDUKE Case...

My record is impeccable.

I often deal with this very annoying situation of being called a hacker... (go back and check the logs)

At first when someone calls me a hacker I (after many years of dealing with this)-- I say THANK YOU!... Because after all it is quite the compliment to have someone say ... "No way are you this good... you must be using a computer program to help you... WOW"

It is a great compliment...  the first time...

After a bit of being called a Hacker... I certainly expect to be more closely scrutinized... but I do not sweat this... because I DO NOT CHEAT... However eventually I expect the clan running the server to have their more experienced members watch my play, say "Damn this guy is pretty good... I can't nor do PBSS show he is hacking... He is legit".... pass the word and lets go on our way... That essentially would just give the people that play at the server the realization that "He is Legit - Deal with it"... most certainly keep an eye on me... But do not continue to call, harass and abuse admin powers when you do not have a single IOTA of evidence of any foul play in anyway shape or form...

By all means if there is evidence ... please present it.. and BTW I would love to watch those videos/demo's recorded of me if available... post to youtube please.

Please lift this impetuous, power deranged and unjust ban against my persons, I do enjoy CTF and your server is one of 4 CTF servers that exist...

You cannot antagonize someone then punish them so fiercely for defending themselves...

Firstly, while some may consider your initial tone polite, and then a bit heated... I can completely relate to your feelings.  Therefore, I commend you for your candor.

That being said, we must investigate this situation further, please allow time for that process.

Universal and Jtizzle22 are not members of xXx nor REDNECK clans.  They are associated with us through a clan friendship, however, and generally are regarded to be decent players.  This behavior is unbecoming of our expectations and will also be investigated.

Please have patience, please check back here for questions/responses, and please accept my gratitude for your participation on our servers and thank you for your dedication to gaming as a whole.

That 'also' being said, while you have explained yourself quite eloquently, and it would certainly seem you're innocent of wrong doing in my present observation, I must also be clear if you 'are' found of any wrong doing you will be banned permanently.  Our investigation will not be handled as a kangaroo court nor a show trial... you will be considered innocent until proven otherwise (truly) and therefore if guilty of no wrong doing you have nothing to be concerned about.

Fyi, Universal and Jt do not have the ability to ban on our servers, thus someone else was watching the conversation and felt it was out of place... if that person issuing the ban was playing favorites, this is also not acceptable.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and refraining from posting 'you guys suck, I hope you eat $hit and go to hell'... etc.

Thank you for clearing up a few issues that were in the fog for me there.  I do not fear any investigation nor trial... Unless of course Kicking Ass and Takin Names is against the rules in the server, then I am doomed.

The worst thing I did was defend myself after constant, daily attack... and maybe use some off color language that you could see in a Warner Bro's Cartoon from 1945-  15 min kick... sure, if you must exercise some power.

But Permaban seems pretty outrageous in any case.

Respect is a two way street-

You must hand it out, You must earn it...You cannot demand it...

How much does each disrespect weigh in respect to each transgression...

Is saying "STFU Jackass" and a few others on par with calling someone something which in the realm of FPS games is akin to being a convicted child murderer and rapist is in the outside world..??

What is lower then a hacker when it comes to these games??

I can't think of much... If certain people have certain suspicions... that is fine... investigate- however in the middle of a game filled  with 20 or more people do not lay out lies and falsehoods, and expect to be able to do it freely because you have a friend that is an admin... that is bullshit.

I do hope the ban is lifted soon... I REALLY want to shoot Universal and Jtizzle22...  I am sure you can understand.

RDUKE....im the one who banned you upon universals request, however since you've taken the time to come in and post your issues without being a total dick im willing to have your ban removed. However take this as a lesson when playing on any XXX server, we will enforce rules when it comes to our servers. If you are found to be breaking our rules when on our server you will be perm banned for good. Duke, please respect all players on our servers and you will be shown the same respect. If you ever have a problem with anything or anyone on our servers{including our members} please conslut a Senior Admin about the issue and i assure you it will be resolved.

I am not surprised that Universal would of told you that I was wall hacking and aimbotting... It is lies.

I respect everyone, and afford them the same as they render unto me... I like the Golden Rule.

If you would be so kind as to inform these vigilantes to hush their accusations and continue to "investigate" in private... I would appreciate that as well.

It is pretty annoying as you can imagine to have a good game going, and have to keep jumping over puddles of tears in that process..

To those who do not know...

As stated before... I have a very deep vat of experience in these games.

I have battled against hackers for years... I have been part of teams that have battled other teams of hackers...

A few points I would like to make.

1- Thinking  obsessively  about someone hacking-- quickly turns into an excuse for ones own failure- In essence You DEFEAT yourself when you think like that, and it becomes a contagious circular disease, I have seen thinking like that crumble teams of legit players....even when the other team is not hacking at all... just organized and skilled... (time tested)

Now that person may or may not be hacking... but when you assume they are- you have lost half of the battle off the bat.

It may be a harder pill to swallow that someone else is a few leagues above you in skill, however in the long run it is better as it will only allow room for your own improvement.

2-  All hackers get caught eventually... ALL OF THEM!  In all my years of experience I have witnessed scores of players get caught, even players that I trusted and were on my squad of players  that we would have scrims and matches with have been caught... Teammates... It is  embarrassing and anger inducing to say the least.

However I rest easy knowing that time will tell, and expose these people for the cowards they are -  I also know and have experienced enough to not get that ruffled about it, I recommend that anyone else in these stages of paranoia get a grip and worry more about their  own game, then sweat the game of others.

Think about it... If someone is hacking and you do well against them... It will undoubtedly make you a stronger player..  In fact I myself have a few hackers to begrudgingly Thank, for making me a better player-- as passing the hurdle I posted in point 1 has proven to be a major mental breakthrough for teams and individuals as my experience has shown to me.

They are still scumbags, and I would not so much as piss in their mouths if their gums were on fire... but they still made me a better player.


Also if someone could PM me the TS password I would have no problems jumping on and kicking some ass with you guys...

Well Duke... thanks for the speedy reply...as you probably can tell we are a very mature ANTI hacking/cheating clan... so you can play confidently knowing that someone is more than likely watching for suspicious activity on our servers, however the quality of bans will not always be perfect, but you can rest assured that if someone gets banned for reasons not true that they can come and give their case as you have and get respect shown during the entire process.

I have no idea who JTIZZLE is, but I will vouch for Universal. He is a good fair player that has our respect, this is why we allow him on our TS on a regular basis. Our standing rule (because we actually do catch allot of cheaters on our servers) is as follows, Warn, warn, kick. If they come back and are assholes without discussing calmly what happened, Ban. If we do think your cheating, we ban on site and let them come in and explain themselves. As you did, and in a calm manner, we dropped the ban.
There are way too many assholes in servers these days, we don't want to spend the entire night trying to police the servers. Like yourself, we like to play the game too.
Somewhere along the way someone didn't stand up for Universal and ask him. As Trinity did, he also trusts in his judgment, this is why you were banned. remember, he is close to us, and if you want to continue a vendetta against him, you might as well do it against all of us. He may not be a member, but he is one of us either way.
If you do not understand my reasoning for this, then you should move on.
This is not intended to flame anything, it just is what it is. We don't allow just anyone to be close to us. All of our members are highly respected and are members for a reason. (we do not base our members on how good they are, but how good they are. If you catch my drift.)
